About SweetCanada Inc.

SweetCanada Inc. (‘SweetCanada’, ‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’) operates an online marketplace at SweetCanada.ca,
where customers can discover and purchase Canadian-made food and gift products from independent vendors,
grocery stores, and local businesses across Canada.
SweetCanada acts as a third-party marketing and logistics platform.
We promote products, process customer orders, and coordinate delivery directly from participating vendors to customers.
SweetCanada does not manufacture, prepare, or assemble any food products.

Ordering & Fulfillment

• All items sold through SweetCanada.ca are offered and supplied by independent Canadian vendors.
• SweetCanada facilitates the order process and delivery coordination between the vendor and the customer.
• Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days, depending on vendor stock and delivery location.
• Deliveries are handled by Canada Post, UPS, or other national carriers.

Returns, Refunds & Claims

• Food products: Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to report a quality or product issue (damage, spoilage, missing items).
• Non-food items: Customers have 15 days from the delivery date to submit a claim.
• Claims must be submitted through our contact form on SweetCanada.ca with a clear description and photos.
• SweetCanada will review all claims and may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on vendor policy.

Third-Party Vendors

• Each vendor is responsible for the accuracy, quality, labeling, and legality of their products.
• SweetCanada is not the manufacturer, packager, or direct seller of any food or gift item.
• SweetCanada acts solely as an intermediary for marketing, order processing, and customer support.

Shipping & Delivery

• Standard shipping rates apply unless stated otherwise (e.g., free shipping for orders over $100).
• Delivery timelines depend on vendor location and carrier performance.
• Once delivered, ownership and risk of the products pass to the customer.
• SweetCanada is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or vendor stock shortages.

Limitation of Liability

• SweetCanada’s liability is limited to the total value of the customer’s order.
• SweetCanada is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including allergies, late deliveries, or product variations.
• Customers are responsible for verifying ingredients and allergen information before consumption.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Customer data is processed securely in compliance with Canadian privacy laws.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• SweetCanada does not store full payment details.

Updates to Terms

• SweetCanada may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• The latest version will always be published on SweetCanada.ca.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
• Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
