Returns & Cancellations
SweetCanada Inc – Returns & Cancellations (Customers)
At SweetCanada Inc., your satisfaction is a priority. We work with trusted Canadian suppliers to deliver high-quality gift baskets and food products across the country. Because many of our products are perishable and made to order, specific rules apply to returns and cancellations to ensure fairness and product safety.
1. Return Policy
Perishable Food Products
Due to the nature of perishable items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives with damaged, spoiled, or missing items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the affected items
We will review your request and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the supplier’s policy.
Non-Food Items and Gifts
For non-food products, claims must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
2. Cancellations
Before Shipping
To cancel an order, please email contact@sweetcanada.ca within 48 hours of your purchase.
We will confirm whether the cancellation is possible before the order is processed or shipped.
After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you received an incorrect or defective product, contact us to open a claim.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds may be issued as:
• A replacement (if available)
• Store credit
• A partial or full refund, depending on supplier approval
4. Exceptions
Please note:
• Products damaged after delivery are not eligible.
• Custom or personalized gift baskets cannot be returned.
• No refunds for minor variations such as packaging differences or equivalent supplier substitutions.
5. Submitting a Return or Claim
To start a claim:

Select “Returns & Claims”
Provide your order details and upload photos if applicable
Our team typically responds within 2–3 business days.
