Ordering Information

Welcome to SweetCanada.ca, your destination for Canadian-made food, gifts, and gourmet baskets.
We’ve made the ordering process simple, secure, and transparent — so you can shop with confidence and share a taste of Canada anywhere in the country.

1. How to Place an Order

  1. Browse Products
    Explore our categories — Holiday Baskets, Everyday Baskets, Special Diet Baskets, Love & Celebration, Corporate Gifts, and Kids & Family.
    Each product page includes detailed descriptions, ingredients, and pricing.
  2. Add to Cart
    Select your preferred basket or gift, choose quantity, and click “Add to Cart.”
    You can continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout.
  3. Checkout Securely
    At checkout, review your order, add delivery details, and choose your preferred payment method.
    We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.
  4. Order Confirmation
    Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order summary and reference number.
    Keep this email for tracking and support purposes.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All products on SweetCanada.ca are offered and fulfilled by independent Canadian vendors.
  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing time may vary depending on vendor stock, order size, and seasonal demand (especially during holidays).
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Multiple Vendors in One Order

If you order from multiple vendors, each vendor will ship their items separately.
This means you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages — but you’ll only pay one total shipping fee shown at checkout.

4. Payment Methods

We offer secure online payments through trusted providers.
Accepted payment methods include:

  • Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)

All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD) through encrypted payment systems for your security.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • To cancel or modify an order, please contact us at contact@sweetcanada.ca within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes can no longer be made.
  • Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation.

6. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing:

  • Carrier name (e.g., Canada Post, UPS)
  • Tracking number
  • Estimated delivery window

You can also log in to your SweetCanada.ca account anytime to track your order status.

7. Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Form on SweetCanada.ca.
Include your order number and clear photos — our team will review and coordinate with the vendor for a replacement, store credit, or refund based on policy.

8. Important Notes

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.).
  • All prices listed on SweetCanada.ca are before applicable taxes and shipping charges.
