- SweetCanada processes the payments and notifies the relevant vendors.
- Each vendor is responsible for gathering the products and assembling the complete basket according to the order received. SweetCanada then handles pickup and delivery.
- Products are collected directly from the vendors and shipped to customers.
- SweetCanada takes care of delivery and customer support to provide a smooth, end-to-end experience. (Certain conditions may apply depending on the order amount.)
- A 20% commission is applied to cover logistics, marketing, and operational support.
