At SweetCanada Inc., we’re proud to deliver the best of Canada—right to your door.
We work closely with trusted local vendors and national carriers to ensure every order arrives safely, fresh, and on time.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders placed on SweetCanada.ca are fulfilled directly by our independent Canadian vendors.
  • Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days, depending on product availability and vendor location.
  • During busy seasons (such as holidays), processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable, nationwide carriers to deliver your orders, including:

  • Canada Post
  • UPS
  • Purolator
  • FedEx (in select regions)

The carrier is automatically selected based on your delivery location, order size, and product type.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Free shipping may be available on select products or for orders over $100, as indicated on the product page or during checkout.
  • Expedited shipping options may be offered for an additional charge, depending on vendor and region.

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times vary by location and vendor:

  • Local deliveries (within Quebec or Ontario): 2–4 business days after shipment
  • Other Canadian provinces: 4–7 business days after shipment
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or inventory availability.

5. Multiple Vendors in One Order

If your order includes items from multiple vendors, they may be shipped separately.
Each package will have its own tracking number and delivery schedule.
You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification containing tracking information.
You can also track your shipment anytime through your SweetCanada.ca account dashboard or by using the carrier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the packaging/products (if applicable).
  3. We’ll coordinate with the vendor and shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

SweetCanada may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the vendor’s policy and claim assessment.

8. International Shipping

At this time, SweetCanada.ca ships only within Canada.
We do not offer cross-border or international delivery.

9. Ownership & Responsibility

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, ownership and risk of the products transfer to the customer.
SweetCanada is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs
  • Weather disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
